Laser Comb Warranty: The HairMax LaserComb is warranted for 2 years
against defects in materials or workmanship.Emerson WorldWide offers a
"Easy Decision Trial Offer" so you do not risk a thing! If you
are using the LaserComb for personal use and are not fully satisfied,
return the product within 12 weeks of your purchase date and we will refund
your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Our hope that is when
you have an understanding of a Typical HairMax User Experience, you will
want to keep your LaserComb for a long time to come. *Only valid for
orders placed directly with Emerson WorldWide apply.
How
Do I Return my Laser TENS, or HairMax Laser Comb?
It is important to contact Customer Service at at eww-info@emersonww.com
In your e-mail, please reference your Invoice number (or Order ID) and
the reason for your return. (See below for information about returning
the TerraQuant Lasers.)
Reasons for Return:
Shipping damage
Incorrect item shipped (a Prepaid UPS return shipping label will automatically
be sent to you via UPS driver and the order will re-ship via 2-Day Air)
Dissatisfaction (please explain)
Other (please explain)
A customer care specialist
will respond promptly with a return confirmation message.
Note: For your
return you MUST receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return
instructions from Emerson WorldWide. All unauthorized returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee.
Undeliverable or Refused by Recipient shipments are considered unauthorized
returns and therefore subject of the same restocking fee and an administrative
charge.
Return Conditions
You may return a product to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for a
full refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
All products must
be returned in the original condition including packaging, documentation,
warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be accompanied by a unique Return Authorization number
Merchandise returned
in used condition (as determined by our warehouse manager) will be returned
at the buyer's cost.
Certain hardware items and qualifying custom/special orders may only be
returned for replacement and not for refund.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid from a US address unless instructed
otherwise. We recommend that the return be insured.
Note:
1. We can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Warehouse
employees work hard to promptly process orders within 1-2 business days
(Mon-Fri). NOTE: Same-day shipping IS NOT a guaranteed service for ANY
orders, including Overnite package., but can be requested if the order
is placed before 1PM EST. We will do our best to service your needs, but
please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it ships.
2. As manufacturers constantly update their products, the photos we show
on our website are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and we
cannot take responsibility for slight differences or color variations.
Damaged Goods
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time
of delivery. Please report damaged merchandise by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS
(1-800-742-5877).
If a shipment arrives
damaged:
Note damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging
the damage
Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you
If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:
Contact Emerson WorldWide customer service within 5 days of delivery
Save the container and merchandise for inspection
Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you
Product Warranty
After the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must
be handled directly with the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility
for all shipping charges on replacement devices.
Warranty
Certificate and Guarantee Statement.
It is the customer's
responsibility for all shipping charges on replacement devices. The customer
must provide proof-of- purchase by referencing a valid "ORDER ID"/receipt
number. This information is located above the date on the order confirmation
email. No exceptions.
Returns
for the LaserPrism Lasers and Emitters:
Products may only be returned with prior authorization
from Emerson WorldWide(EWW). Any goods accepted from the Customer must
be in good condition in order to receive a refund. A restocking charge
of 20% of the selling price will be applied to products returned for exchange
or credit. All requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days of
day of invoice.

Warranties.
The warranties provided in this Agreement are not transferrable or available
to any other Customer or user subsequent to this initial Customer. 2 (two)
years (parts and labor only) on new Products. Laser diodes are considered
wear items and are not covered by warranty for wear or damage.
Specifications.
All specifications are subject to change without notice.
Limitations
of Use.
The purchase of the Product only conveys to the Customer the non-transferable
right for only the Customer to use the Product in compliance with the
applicable intended use, on the label, package insert, operator's manual
or other documentation accompanying the Product, all such statements being
incorporated herein by reference as if set forth herein in their entirety.
