I love, love, love this little miracle. I saw a significant improvement after my very 1st use. I am in my late 50'sand I have had Botox on my forehead and fillers on the lines around my mouth for the last 3 years, but the only "cure" for eye wrinkles is surgery or a series of very expensive laser treatments in a doctors office. This is a real laser. The instructions are very clear as to the best way to use it to achieve the best results.I tried it on low first. I've never had a laser treatment before and was surprised as to how it stung. But it wasn't too bad. Next time I used it on medium, and next on high. Positioning the device around my eye was a little awkward at first but I got the hang of it. Referring back to the directions is helpful.I noticed real results (not just swelling) after about 1 week. It just keeps getting better (2 weeks now.) I have skipped a treatment a couple of times because of redness and irritation (moisturizer and a little make-up conceals it) but I will continue to use the device.

"I have been using the Palovia a week from being 4 months.First of all I have never had a problem. If I got too much gel or didn't hold it right I did have a misfire that was not very often. Maybe 2 times in a session.I did have visable fine line under my eyes and crows feet. With just a normal facial expression they are gone. If I smile or squint they are still noticable because of the driness that you go thru with the treatment. So it does work. It takes 30 days of every day treatment to start with then 2 times a week from now on. It will take you months to see total results.

"I've had this 4 weeks now, am 59 years old, and can't believe how well it works. You have to use it a certain way, however, or you'll have the problems that others have complained about. First of all, take your time -- don't do this if you're in a hurry. Don't use too much of the gel, even though your first impulse is to slather it on there; I finally figured out that I only needed a very light covering. Wipe the gel off the tip after every 2 or 3 "punches". Hold the unit flat against your face and use pressure to keep it still. I hold the button down the entire time that I'm doing a "punch".
