How do I use the PaloVia laser?

There is a slight learning curve, take your time, don't use too much of the gel, only a very light covering is needed. Wipe the gel off the tip after every 2 or 3 "stamps." Hold the unit flat against your face and use pressure to keep it still. Work with the unit until you find a spot that's relatively flat. Pull the skin tight in the crease (boney area.) After 1 mo of pumping the gel it stopped coming out of bottle.
The gel bottle is designed with a vacuum pump. If it is not pumping, it probably has an air bubble. Try to cover it by turning it upside down. If that does not work, unscrew and use a clean Q-tip so you do not corrupt the gel.

Can I use another gel or lotion with the PaloVia laser?
