Return Policy

Return Deadlines: Qualified items may be returned 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Exceptions: Some Manufacturers give less, or more days for the return. The time limit exceptions to the 30 days are stated on the product webpage. Certain restrictions may apply. Qualified magnetic mattress pads may be returned within 90 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Please read our Guarantee and Warrantee Policy for details and qualifications.

No returns will be accepted by Emerson WorldWide after the stated return period. After the return date deadline, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranties vary by product category.

RMA# Required: You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. The RMA number allows us to accurately tract the information so your account can be properly credited. Items returned without an RMA number can significantly delay or prevent proper credit. Return the item in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.) along with the invoice. Shipping/Restocking Fees: Your refund will be the purchase price of the item not including the shipping and handling charges. On orders that were sent to you Free Shipping and Handling, you will be charged back for our actual shipping and handling cost.

Refunds on infrared therapy units, lasers, and magnetic mattress pads will be the purchase price of the item, less a 20% restocking fee. If in doubt about a product's restock fee, please do not hesitate to ask eww-info@emersonww.com.

Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your returned item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. * Please do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D.

We refund shipping charges in the following cases: we ship an incorrect product; we ship a defective product; the carrier damages a product during shipping. If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

What if I ordered a wrong size?

If you purchased a wrong size, not to worry, we will exchange it for the correct size. Contact customer serviceby e-mail at eww-info@emersonww.com and they will help you with the exchange.
