Drug Policy

Emerson WorldWide and our Canadian Pharmacy and its affiliated licensed Canadian pharmacies will NOT fill prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances such as benzodiazepines.

Emerson WorldWide and our Canadian Pharmacy will in all instances substitute generic drug equivalents unless specified otherwise by your prescribing doctor or yourself. Moreover, in all instances, Canadian drug equivalents, including generics, will be used to fill your order, and therefore brand names may vary.

Purchase and Return Policy of Canada Drugs

Once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason. This policy is in accordance with the B.C. College of Pharmacists - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1). This is also in accordance with the Alberta College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996.

Shipping Policy of Canadian Drugs
Emerson WorldWide and our Canadian Pharmacy ships all customer packages using Canada Post's Xpresspost shipping service. With this expedited shipping method, customers have the ability to track the status of their package at all stages of delivery, right up until it arrives at their doorstep or P.O. Box. Delivery times do vary so please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. You can confirm your delivery status by contacting us for your tracking number. With your tracking number in hand, simply call 1-888-550-6333 or use Canada Post's online tracking system.

All packages are covered for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. Shipping & Handling Charges are $10.00 per package (not per drug) for all orders. Additional shipping charges apply for overweight or oversized items and overseas shipment.
