I see on TV all the different skincare products. They all say the same thing--that they have Retinol or Matrixyl 3000, but when you try to learn about the percentage of these ingredients, you discover that the products' webpages do not mention the percentage of these important ingredients. How can I be sure I am purchasing the best? Yes, some merely mention these ingredients in their advertisements. Before you purchase skincare producs, read about the ingredients, compare to Cellbone and then if you have any questions, give us a call! Are the Cellbone products hypoallergenic? Yes, all of our skin care products are hypoallergenic.

I have acne scars on my face and discoloration. What do you recommend for that?
Copper Peptide promotes collagen and elastin production, and also acts as an antioxidant. Clinical studies have found that copper peptides also remove damaged collagen and elastin from the skin and scar tissue because they activate the skin's system responsible for those functions. A few drops can be applied onto the problem area twice a day followed by Moist'Seal or any moisturizing cream.

What is best recommended product for wrinkled neck? We do not have a products specifically formulated for the neck area. Many of our serums can be applied onto the neck, but, since the neck area is very sensitive, testing on the small area should be done before putting it on the entire neck area. Customers have reported success with our Skin Nutra (with caviar), and Collagen Anti-Aging Serum .

I used the 30% Gylcolic Peel two times and my skin did not peel?
Our Cellbone Glycolic Peels do not actually PEEL your face like a sunburn!
When you apply it and it burns, stings, it is burning off the outer layer of your skin.
Then when we you wash it off, it washes this layer of skin down the drain! It is a slow gradual process.Each time you use it your skins will feel softer and softer. We recommend that you use up the whole bottle of the 30% before moving up to the 40%. You should use it 2 times a week for 6 weeks, stop, and then if you want to move up to the 40%, your skin will tolerate it better.
It is very important to only use it 2 times a week so you do not overdo it. If you want a red, burn, peel in one sitting, you should do that in a doctor's office as it is very dangerous. Our Cellbone products we sell on the website are for home use and are very safe when the directions are followed! You will love the results! Be patient!

My hands show my age most of all! What do you recommend for my hands?
Both of the Vitamin C Serums are recommended for the hands. Gylcolic C Antioxidant Skin Rejuvenation, and C23 High Potency C Antioxidant. The Gylcolic C is great for lightenting those small freckles on the hands.

What is best for large pores? All of our Cellbone products improve the texture of your skin. The Gylcolic C Antioxidant Skin Rejuvenation, the Collagen Mask and the Hydra Copper Peptide are great for smoothing your complexion, and tightening your pores.

What do you recommend for expression wrinkles? Our Hyper Peptide-Advanced Line Defense Serum contains 10% Argireline® Acetyl Hexapeptide-3), which is the first peptide created for expression wrinkles.

Many of your products contain "Peptides." What are Peptides? Peptides function as messengers in the skin, allowing the epidermis and dermis to communicate more efficiently. This may sound insignificant, but research is showing their effect to be quite measurable. As we age, communication diminishes within the skin, resulting in decreased collagen production and an accumulation of degraded elastin fibers. One peptide chain in particular, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3 (Matrixyl), has been shown to decrease skin roughness by 13%, reduce wrinkle volume by 36%, and decrease wrinkle depth by 27% after four months of twice daily applications on the face and neck.Our Super AOX Moisturizer has 10% Matrixyl™-3000 ! What is Retinol?
   Retinol is vitamin A--it is the entire vitamin A molecule. Vitamin A is an anti-oxidant that is essential for healthy skin, bones and vision. Retinol is one of the few items that has been shown (through extensive research) to have a positive impact on the condition of the skin. The reason that it does effect the skin is because the skin has vitamin A receptors, so it is able to absorb and use it when applied to the skin. When it is taken into the skin, retinol stimulates the production of collagen which improves the structure of the skin. It will improve the appearance of the skin by making it softer and smoother. Our Retinol 1.0 Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer improves your skin structure, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, and making the pores less visible.

What do you recommend for tiny broken capillaries under under the eye area?

Which of your moisturizers is best for dry skin? We have several great products for dry skin. Skin Nutra (with caviar) is great, and some with sensitive skin alternate Super AOX Moisturizer with the Skin Nutra. Also, our Collagen Anti-Aging Serum is wonderful to put on your neck area, as well as the face.

I did not read the instructions regarding applying C23 High Potency C- Serum only once a day in the morning, and I applied it in morning and evening in addition to Super AOX and Retinol 1.0. After 2 days my face felt burn and chapped. What should I do to take away the burned feeling?
Yes, C23 is “high potency” and if not used as directly it can make sensitive skin very uncomfortable. But, do not worry, it will not damage your skin. You just need to use only Moist’n Seal or other moisturizer for a few days until it stops hurting. Then, use the C23 only once in the morning and you may want to start adding it slowly to your regimen.
